Overage
Paid plans keep working past their daily quota: extra sign-ins are billed at $2 per 1,000 logins, and service pauses only at twice your quota. The Free plan stops at its quota.
Billing & cancellation
The Builder plan is billed monthly — $5 per month, flat. During alpha, upgrades and cancellation are handled by email and typically actioned within a day.
Cancel any time. Your paid limits stay active through the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free tier — no cancellation fee, and your data is not deleted.

Your users are yours
Phuze is passwordless, and your user records belong to you. You can export them at any time — no lock-in, no exit fee, on any plan.
Fair-price commitment
If prices change, existing paid customers keep their signup price for 12 months. Online checkout is coming; until then, upgrades are handled by email and typically activated within a day.
